The Romeo Red Sox are a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN 81-4649484).  The 2021 season will be our 5th season  Our mission this year is to develop our players skills so that they are ready to play to their top potential for their high school baseball seasons, and compete for the top sport in divisional and tournament play.

Our objective is to build a team of motivated players who understand the importance of being part of a team, who hustle and play hard until the last out, and who love to play the game of baseball. We strive to teach the players to play the game of baseball the right way, develop their skills, and have the team achieve maximum performance on the field. 

This organization provides an opportunity for kids in the community to participate in youth baseball to not only learn to play baseball the right way and to compete against other teams, but to teach the kids important life lessons that they can apply in their lives. Our goal is to prepare and teach the players important life lessons such as good sportsmanship, the need to work together as a team, self-worth, the importance of self-control, to be accountable for their behavior on and off the field, and to always be respectful to others.  Also, the need to work hard to earn their position on the team and the need to work hard to achieve their goals in life (school and later when they work).
